Mr Sherif Azzabi, CEO of RascomStar-QAF and Mr Rafek Eledrissi, Procurement Manager visited Global Telesat teleport on the 17th of July 2017.
RascomStar-QAF, under a concession agreement with RASCOM (Regional African Satellite Communication Organization) an intergovernmental organization representing all African nations, provides, through Global Telesat teleport broadband connectivity to its customers in the entire African continent in C and Ku band.
Mr Sherif Azzabi met the Global Telesat team to analyse new markets and new broadband solutions with the best and state-of-the-art technologies to deliver to our clients reliable and added value to the fully integrated end-to-end telecommunications services. We have finished the development of a cost-effective and reliable Wifi hotspot solution to allow millions of people with no access to, or are simply undeserved due to the scarcity of telecommunications infrastructure that exists in the rural areas of the continent, to be connected to the world and have the gate to the information.
Our partnership RascomStar-QAF and Global Telesat will also focus its technical and commercial efforts to the Development of the direct TV broadcast services, with strongly growing requests.
